This is the delivery policy. Free door-to-door delivery is available for customers within a 100-mile radius. For customers outside the local area and internationally, we use UPS, FedEx, or your preferred shipping method, with shipping costs borne by the customer. International customers are responsible for their own customs duties. Our art creation and sales have maintained our integrity and customer satisfaction principles for decades. Regarding delivery time: This is usually determined in consultation with the customer based on the shipping method, artwork size, and whether it is a custom order. We ensure that the artwork is delivered to the customer safely and quickly.
